My GOD-DAUGHTER, Stella, was baptized last weekend, and I was able to go to Georgia to be a part of it. I am so very honored to be god-mother (am I supposed to put a hyphen there?) to this precious, sweet, perfect, angel girl.
Emily has a blog, which has better pictures, including the most adorable bumblebee Halloween pictures you have ever seen.
Stella is 9 months old, and I am serious when I say she is the BEST little baby I have ever seen. She is just this little happy thing and such a pleasure to be around, even if it is for only 21 hours.
My husband is amazing, so he made this trip happen for me and watched Lily. I was literally only able to be there for about 21 hours, but I was so grateful to be able to be there to see this girl and be a part of this day. Plus, Emily is the most generous person you have ever met, ever, so she sent me home with piles of clothes for newborn Reese (I needed a few winter-ish things, but I am GOOD now!), as well as a pile for me- including an AWESOME maternity coat!

I also love Darren. Isn't it such a wonderful feeling when your best friend is married to the perfect man for her? I love seeing Emily so happy!
AHH! I love this! At least you got a few shots! I'm waiting for my dad to give me more. I'm also getting a photographer to come over on Sunday to take professional shots in her christening gown. I will post I promise.
ReplyDeleteThe only reason I'm generous to you is because there is absolutely no way I can ever repay you for your advice and constant listening to my crazy Stella questions. 2011/12 was all about Emily. 2013 should be all about Nicole! (and Melissa as she's preggers too!!)

Emily has to enter the one of Stella flying in some kind of contest.
She is perfect! I already put it on Emily's blog, but that Bee costume is insane - she is the cutest kid ever, and I have one and can still admit that. :)
